Titan Acquires 102,919-Square-Foot Industrial Park

Draper Utah – Titan Real Estate Investment Group has acquired a multi-tenant industrial park in Draper for $6.6 million. The 102,919-square-foot Draper PAS Park is a four-building property, located at 12577 South 265 West off the Interstate 15 freeway interchange. Tenants in the park include ACS Business Process Solutions, GlobalSim and Jordan School District.
