CAMARILLO – Titan Real Estate Investment Group Inc. purchased a 50,454-square-foot industrial building at 4121 Calle Carga from Vitesse Semiconductor Corp. for $6 million under a sale-leaseback transaction that commits Vitesse to a 10-year lease for 100 percent of the building. Titan plans to convert the building into a two-story office building.
