A creative and forward-thinking executive, Mr. Tabor pioneered a multi-party tax-free exchange program that he has successfully executed on numerous transactions.Prior to co-founding Titan, Mr. Tabor was a Managing Director of Insignia Financial Group and the senior executive responsible for multifamily acquisitions, identifying, structuring and overseeing joint-venture investment opportunities in the U.S. Since 1998, Mr. Tabor has overseen the underwriting, due diligence and acquisition of 22 properties with a total acquisition value of approximately $590 million dollars.
