As Vice President, Mr. Hulander’s primary responsibilities include asset management, overseeing the acquisition process, and investor reporting.

Mr. Hulander’s experience prior to joining Titan includes 10 years at US Cellular, one of the nation’s largest wireless telecommunications providers. As Manager of RF Planning & Engineering, he helmed the company’s largest of seven engineering groups. He was responsible for coordinating a team of 15 engineers and annual construction budgets of over $40 million during an aggressive growth period that saw the US Cellular network expand five fold. He is intimately familiar with real estate property acquisitions and leasing, environmental studies, zoning approval, and federal licensing. He provided analysis for corporate acquisitions, mergers and as well as partnership relations teams. Mr. Hulander also prepared and developed market growth plans.
