Mr. Broderick has over 8 years of extensive experience in asset management of multi-family apartment communities.

Prior to joining Titan, Mr. Broderick served as a regional asset manager for JPI Partners, LLC one of the premier apartment developers in the United States. During Mr. Broderick’s tenure at JPI he worked on a portfolio consisting of 5,582 units in various stages of development, construction and lease up in the Phoenix, Seattle, Dallas, Houston and Austin markets.

In addition to his experience with JPI Mr. Broderick worked with Alliance Residential Management, LLC during the period when Alliance grew from 22,000 units to 46,000 units.
