CARYN SHAPIRO
Controller

As Controller, Ms. Shapiro’s primary responsibility includes the preparation of monthly Financial Statements and the related accounting functions for all Titan Limited Liability Companies.  She also handles the Titan Real Estate Investment Corporation accounting.

Ms. Shapiro’s experience prior to joining Titan includes 13 years of public accounting experience working on various service industries.  Her main concentration was real estate partnerships, preparing Financial Statements through to the tax returns for partnerships and corporations.  In her public accounting experience, she also prepared tax returns for wealthy individuals. Her Public Accounting experience provided her training and supervision in all areas of accounting. Her background also includes many years of working in the private sector in such areas as property management, architecture and a not for profit companies.

 

  

Ms. Shapiro received a Bachelor’s degree from California State University at Northridge.  She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with the State of California.
